From parks and gardens to nature reserves and open countryside, Swansea is blessed with an extensive and diverse green infrastructure network which provides opportunities for everyone to play, exercise and...
Do you have views about the natural environment and how it is managed? Have your say at one of a series of community consultation events taking place in May and June.
The aim is to capture the opinions of local people and groups about how best to manage natural resources in the River Tawe Catchment area from the Brecon Beacons to Swansea Bay.
Each evening session will provide an opportunity to raise concerns and suggest ideas about the future of your local environment.
The next three community evenings are as follows:
3rd June 6.30–8.30pm, Crymlyn Bog Visitor Centre
5th June: 6.30–8.30pm, Ostreme Centre, Mumbles
10th June: 6.30–8.30pm, Vetch Community Garden or Salvation Army
Light refreshments and snacks will be served at each event. If you are interested in attending one of these events, please email Lea Halborg at firstname.lastname@example.org stating which event and whether you will be representing a local group.
If you can’t make one of these events, you might like to take part in a short online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/s/NQK3HSM.
